SWAT Team's First Official Assignment

Last night, the SWAT Team received a Riot Call. They then Proceeded to the Location(Grove Street), and began to shut it completely down. The GSF were very strong but once traffic was cut off, a watch tower was placed, even barricades to make sure nobody could enter or exit unless they were with the SWAT Team.
