Driveby problem

Give a clear description of the bug: Anti-DriveBy bugged. If you enter a vehicle you can drive by (as a driver)
Were there other players around you?: Names censored because of some reasons.
Did this ever happen to you before?: If I enter a car, I can driveby too.
