Admin on-duty problem.

Give a clear description of the bug: Almost all players have the label "Admin ON duty - Dont Kill!"
Were there other players around you? (Names): I saw many players but I got only these names on pictures: Zevs_Reslov and BrownsidE420.
Did this ever happen to you before?: I saw the bug today (2013.01.21)

Other Information: If there is admin on-duty his nick color will be pink.
